I'm kind of... SUPER new to PHP and don't know how to use it all, so I came to get some help. I'm trying to make one of my websites where you have to have a user name and a password to access it using PHP, but I don't have idea of how to. May someone please help me? Thank You in Advance.

That isn't something anyone can really just "HELP" you with. Try looking at a good tutorial in the Tutorials section labeled "Member registration and login system" - It doesn't do much explaining, more just a bunch of code but try following it.

Note that this way isn't very secure, but it'll work if you're not opening up to hundreds and hundreds of members.

go to www.phptoys.com and browse their products they got a good member registration system that doesn't use sql

Also if you check the tutorial section here there is a member system tutorial posted by "uncleEd"
