Is this a server issue, or can I fix this myself?

Pretty sure you're not supposed to be able to view directory listings, hence why people always get 403 error, saying they are missing index.html

So the icons probably aren't there for that reason, you're not even supposed to see the directory listing.

That would be because http://slickproductions.org/favicon.ico exists and http://jorgur.zymichost.com/favicon.ico doesn't.

Well, it looks better, and makes it a lot easier to distinguish between folders and files.
