I have made simple HTML pages by using notepad. i am not able to see my self in the search list in google search engine. How can i be visible in the google search?

You can't just make a page and expect to automatically be on Google. You have to submit the website etc.

Submitting it isn't required, but it is one of the possible ways to get it indexed so it's worth doing - for new sites it can often be a faster way of getting the initial index. The alternative is getting other sites which are crawled to link yours, that way the bots might follow the link to your site.
