what program can i use to open a rar file on a pc? I want to edit a template someone has made for me but I dont know how i can open/edit it. i do not have photoshop either so...

I use win rar which is pretty good. And for editing the template you could always download a trial version of photoshop or try this.

To edit the templates you might want to use Gimp which is free software and open source. http://www.gimp.org
