when i made this site from scratch from notepad it worked i could c my custom cursor and background and wen i uploaded the file i can't c them?

READ THE RULES ... what is your website's address?? :/

Have you uploaded the cursor files and the background image as well as the web page itself? Are they in the same directory as the page?
