My freind have a site seb on zymic he can login in ftp and all but he can't login to his control panel

and i wanna know to how can i delete a haccess from ftp it never shows

Thats what they are answering, if you choose to show hidden files in your FTP client, then you can delete htaccess files.

If you mean your other question about a friend not being able to log in to the control panel... what error are they getting? Are they logging in correctly, etc? ...more information please.

loook ..he can log to his ftp ..but when he try to lig in to control panel .they say that there is no account with this user name

The simplest way to get this resolved is go to the zymic IRC chat and talk to an Admin there. You will get your problem looked at way faster than here on the forums.
