@HandNF: Please don't start a thread with the title "Please help a noob!!!". It doesn't really appeal to anyone to help.

I've seen codes, like Runescape, that can load a page and follow javascript scripts that are of different file names. How can I do a thing like that?
Do you want to open a page and use javascript effects? Or make dynamic objects via Javascript?
Well I would recommend starting off by learning HTML, then move onto Javascript so you have a basic understanding of markup and how HTML works before attempting anything with Javascript.
[Javascript Introduction and Tutorial] and
[HTML Introduction and Tutorial] should get you on your way.
