I've seen codes, like Runescape, that can load a page and follow javascript scripts that are of different file names. How can I do a thing like that?

A better title would have been something along the lines of "Javascript question". Just be more precise with your titling next time

I don't completely understand what you mean when you say:

Well I would recommend starting off by learning HTML, then move onto Javascript so you have a basic understanding of markup and how HTML works before attempting anything with Javascript.
[Javascript Introduction and Tutorial] and [HTML Introduction and Tutorial] should get you on your way.
