I am new to Zymic and am trying to learn php. I have been playing around with random php code, figuring things out bit by bit, but ran into a kind of major problem a couple days ago. I tried to access my website and found a nice big error 404. I searched around on the forums to figure out what this meant and am pretty sure that it means my files arent working or the index is screwed up or something. However, when I logged into my File Manager page to check what is wrong, I discovered that my File Manager went completely blank for some unknown reason (picture of this here). The site name is kyle056.zxq.net. I searched through these forums for quite a while but was unable to find anything relevant to this problem. So... what am I doing wrong?

Hrm I really don't know what the problem is, I just checked and my File Manager works fine. Might be something wrong with your account, an Admin will need to look at this.

Well it is still looking exactly the same today. The file manager is simply not working for some reason. I tried using another computer but that didn't help at all so I think that the problem is on the Zymic side... Would I be best just to create another account or something?

Hi, my site, airman0386.zymichost.com has the same problem. I had about 300 MB of files in my page, but in the Control Panel home, it now says i have 0 of 6000 being used. I donno if they were all deleted or what.
Anyways, I can login to the account, but File Manager gives me the EXACT same thing as that picture shows. I had FTP set up and working, but then when all the server change started I assume, my page became a 404 page error and FTP stopped working.

I added a new account at airman0386.vndv.com and it works fine, and everything, but I prefer to use a .zymichost.com domain instead of vndv.... If my account could be fixed somehow, that would be nice, because I simply can't log in to the zymichost.com account to get any files uploaded.

Help with this would be GREATLY appreciated.
Also, is vndv.com the only free domain available now? Is there a way to change it to zymichost.com or to the 99.com or whatever?
