There are just too many problems.

First site I installed only worked for a little while then the problems with "Proxy" and "404 Page not found" started. Then my menu buttons stopped working and all I got was again the 404 error, even when I clicked on the "Home" button.

I spent 2 and a half hours last night deleting the old installation of Joomla, uploading it again and installing. It worked again only for a little while, now I am having the same problems again.

When I finally managed to load my site after "Proxy" errors all I get is again "404 Page not found" on all menu buttons.

If there is a server problem the Admin should come clean and let us know what's going on instead of letting us waste our time.

I am prepared to wait as long as I know what's going on but will not waist any more time not knowing if the next installation will work or not.

I am going to leave the site as is now and if Admin does not tell what's going on or the my site is still not working by the weekend I will delete the files and try my luck elsewhere.

I just tried opening my site but this time I get "Server not found".

Clicked on "Try again" and lo and behold I get the "Proxy" error.

Clicked on "refresh" the page opened but when I click on any of the menu buttons I get the "404 Page not found" error....again. angry.gif

Hold on mate. Don't get aggravated about it at the Administrators. It's an accomplishment to even give out free hosting. There may be some bugs but a lot of the problems you are facing would be related to Joolma, MySQL tables or the actual configuration. Have you exceeded the flood limit in Joolma?
If you still feel ripped off, go to the IRC and I will help you with it in #HelpDesk. Or PM me and I will also help you.

Jacob.

I am not getting aggravated at the Admin mate, just like to know what's going on. I also don't feel "ripped off", just upset that it's not working as it should be.

Don't forget I am not the only one who is having these problems.

If my problems were Joomla related why would it work for a while then stop working?

I have been running Joomla on my local server for over a year and never had any problems, but I will PM you later on today, thanks for the offer.

Whatever you do, do not go to Joomla's forum (I had the same problem) and all they tried to do was crucify me instead help me.
