I need help installing any sort of good forum that is anything like PhBB or Vbulletein can someone out there please help me, it would be really appreciated

Yes, all you need to do is use a FTP client and upload all the files to your hosted space.

phpBB website and read the installation guide. It explains everything to you step by step.
