Do I have to upload EVERY single file manually and make every single new folder?

Because when I click a folder it doesn't let me upload that whole folder.

I upload one at a time? There ar eover 200+ files!

Have you set the permissions correctly?
Please post a screen shot of your FTP client and tell us, more in depth, what you do.
With phpBB you should just be able to upload the "phpBB" folder.

It sounds like you are using the file manager?

Use FTP.. here is a tutorial explaining how.

Its better to use the FTP ....

or in some hosting site you can compress the hole file and then upload it and then in the file manager re compress it again....

Zymic doesn't yet offer uploading of zip files but this is being looked at for the next upgrade.

I upload it by the actual FTP manager in zymic. and FileZilla does the same thing
