I have uploaded a website and made some changes after uploading. But changes are not appearing after uploading. Please tell me how can I solve this problem.

It could be really anything wrong... You have to be more specific!

But meanwhile try to eliminate a simple obstructions which usually shows up after uploading files...
- Check out did you upload new files into right folder, if you did try to refresh server by clicking refresh button
- Check out links between files and pages
- Check out are the names of the new files, images or pages updated during upload
- Erase cookies, cache, download and browsing history from your internet browser
- Make sure that page is loaded from server not from browser's memory

If you still can't see your website, check out is you computer plugged to the electricity, or do you have electric power in the house at all... Or maybe entire block is out of power supply?!
Joking, of course... don't mind.

Or download it via FTP, edit it and then upload it again via FTP.
