It's worth noting that if you have an existing database, you can use this as a temporary database until this issue is resolved.
A fix is currently being rolled out, you should notice the change within the next hour or so.

Bread, I can't make a site name. ( made up a site name ) - ( zxq.net ) - entered my password twice - check marked agree to ( terms of service ) entered the code word ( goat ), = < Notice: undefined index: HTTP_REFERER on/var/wkscript/www/register_new.jsp on line 51 >. Something is stripping your referer, there's been reports that zone alarm does it, disable it and try again. A browser extension can also do it, so find what is stripping your referer and you should be able to register.

Here is another report. Norton internet security firewall does it, I turned it off, and you can believe my when I say "I turned in back on again right after I setup my web site!"

Its nice its free but this is a joke with connection for ppl!!! BIG JOKE and i have payd for a domain and are moving to a payd host because this is SLOW even dead ppl are faster to load a site!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And if they want ppl to make space for comerciels thay have to make it A HOLE LOT FASTER!
But maybe its only DANISH hosts thats fast and reliable!!

I tried to access into phpmyadmin but the browser report me an error as:
If I try to install joomla cms or phpbb3 forum the reply of installation is the same and regard the session.save_path. It tell me that's unwritable.
However I can access to phpminiadmin but can't import existing database...
If the joomla installation pass to the next step, after step 4: database configuration, when I click on "next" it give me a proxy error number 502.
What I can do?
