Well providing it's just HTML yes, if it requires 'frontpage extensions'; then no.

The (X)HTML/CSS, PHP, MySQL, etc. part of it can be hosted here yes. You must first get all your .html files to your hosted space with a FTP Program (I recommend FileZilla).
The Frontpage extensions are not yet supported.

after help and hours of clickin i figured out filezilla and now i have my frontpage website uploaded to this smile.gif

with one more problem before i got my frontpage folder uploaded there was an index file already in place i deleted it thinking i didnt need it (i know probably not the best idea i had) i now have my frontpage folder how do i get that folder or the contents in it to show up as a webpage or how do i create a new index file .......... unsure.gif if that all sounds right to any one

Don't worry about deleting the index file as it was just a Zymic template telling you to delete it when ready anyway.
However, you need to replace it with your own index.php or index.html which will be your homepage.

It sounds like you have uploaded everything into a folder.

Best to move everything into the root directory and make sure your main page is called index.
