what do i do with filezilla after i get this

are your files (of your site) displayed on the right side of the window?

when i open the filezilla program thats all i see is what i pasted which i where i get confused as what to do next i cant even find an add files button either

in the tutorial the filezilla that opens up for me doesnt look anything like that of the one in tutorial

I think you have downloaded the server version by mistake. This is the one you need:
