I can open site only with russian language? or this hosting only for english sites?

You may host any language site. Official support forums and IRC are English only though.

Russian does not work on your hostings. I have put the coding windows-1251, but it all the same does not work.

Weird, Japanese texts stored in MySQL database doesn't work too.

Possibly because of the encoding used for text in your database. Check if it's unicode.

I have Russian and German (Umlaute) text stored in my database. It shows up correctly in MySQL Buddy. But when I retrieve the text to my website I get just '??????'. I have this statement in MqSQL: DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8. My website uses utf-8 also. Any ideas?

I have it figured out. I have to add the data using my own php.
