I have some host in zymic.com. But when i sign in the host and go to my phpadmin i can't go to the import Databases. I click to Import and it loaded very very long. I try manything but i loaded very very long agian. Help me please. Thanks Thanks Thanks

Have you tried "phpminiadmin" it is an alternitive in the control panel .. ?
It loads much faster then PHPmyAdmin.
