as a part of the previous project that i've mentioned, i have installed Invesion Power board v2.3.5

im almost done, except...

the navigation bar, exactly under the logo pic.

the main lnguage there is arabic, but it doesnt matter cuz i need help with that navigation bar, thats all.

i want to make the grey area above or under the links to the left that have dark blue background.
