Nothing has been lost. Once again sorry about this, it was out of our control and we had to wait patiently for an admin who had the required files/patches to sort the problem, which during a bank holiday was slightly delayed.

This has been one of our worst downtime periods since our launch. This has made us think about our current platform, and we have plans to upgrade to a better more efficient setup sometime soon (we'll have server(s) dedicated for EACH subdomain, and also our control panel 2.0 will be implemented), more details soon.

it's fixed but it's extremely slow and it gives you network timeout errors all the time and it won't load css sheets very well.
