i'm trying to connect to the file manager by using a FTP program (FlashFXP) and my ftp user details doesn't work on it.

i'm trying with these info:
for example my user .. lala

FTP address: lala.zzl.org
FTP username: lala@zzl.org
and my pasword
---------------------------------------
and i'm trying this too
FTP address: lala.zzl.org
FTP username: lala
and my pasword

it doesn't work! i can't connect =( who can help me?

I got the same problem. I think something is wrong with the servers.

The server was down for a while.. should be fixed now.. the first set of details you gave were correct (user: lala@zzl.org).

I Think FTP Server For Now is Down

It's 5:38 AM MST and I'm getting the same error messages he was getting... so something's still not up.

Still having the exact same problem as 36 hours ago with FTP... what's the deal?

Is there any admin even aware of the issue? I haven't seen any post that's been helpful on this topic in any of the associated discussions. All I see is newbies (yeah, like me) saying to keep trying and to be patient. Anything different???

I used the FTP multiple times yesterday and I had no problem.

Not just you... it's like half the planet. I've been getting persistent FTP connection errors for 2 days straight now.
