I hav uploaded my files using Filezilla!
Bt nw the following thing appears:

firstly u must have created mysql DB
then install ur files by going into directory /install/index.php eg doman.zzl.org/install/index.php .

Where did he say he was installing a forum??


That message is the default index page on zymic. You can delete that file (index.html) in Filezilla and replace it with your own index file which will be your homepage.

Not only forum installs by that way.

thats for php users right? what about html, should i use the ftp then?

Anything that you have created for your website or forum (is recommended!) to be uploaded via FTP.

ok basically, go into your file manager of your site control panel. Delete the index.html file that is already there, and then rename the file that you want to be the homepage to index.html, or index.htm

I got the problem,too . I go into file manager and upload a file called mypage.html . But when I click to mypage.html , it say SERVER NOT FOUND, could anyone tell me how to upload my website,please ? Thanks a lot

maybe link to ur mypage.html is wrong?
