Hi, i wanted to ask why my web Logycsoft.zxq.net is 80% of the time down?, every time a try to actualize it the browser cannot find the server or the web is just down, does any admin can help me?

The web is OK in one moment but after few minutes it goes down and gets up again, and down, and up, and it continues like that all the time. Help please.
