By using FTP and putting it in the root directory of your hosting.

i really do love your answers, i think what he wants is a step by step thing...

1) you need to FTP, which will connect you to your website.
- to do that you need to have a site, since you are registered i am guessing you already applied ofr a free site... well you actually got some FTP informations such as a login name, a password, a server name and probably a port (if not its 21 for the port.. i think)

- You need to download an FTp program which as mentioned above will connect you to your site so you can UPLOAD the template you downloaded. just type FTP inside google you will see many programs... and its FREE (never buy what you can find for free)

- Once the program is installed on your PC just start it and put the informations (as stated above) the server name / login / pass / port and that it will connect to your site.

2) Placing your new template inside your site.

So lets say you got http://yourblabla.zxq.com, if you go there at first you will see a welcome zymic page which you need to remove or replace.

So you downloaded your template as you said, just take everything (index.html the folder images and the style.css) and drop it inside your FTP and it will REPLACE the old index.html and the older images aswell as the style.css (if there ever was one)

So now if you go on http://yourblabla.zxq.com you see your new template !

3) REplacing the fake template with your reall information !

To do that my friend you will need some HTML coding knowledge and better, also some CSS knowledge.

Just open index.html with your favorite text editor such as Word Pad, and modify the script inside again you need to know HTML to do that... CSS is requiered if you are going to change the STYLE.CSS file
(to know how to edite you got the forums aswell thousands of members will help you out... FOR SURE !)
