Hi to everybody, I have a problem with my account FTP since it doesn't allow me to enter bringing me the error "Login authentication failed." Yet when I connect me with the broswer the account him logga. What can I do? Besides as I do to eliminate a host account? thx ^^ (excuse me for the English, use a translator online )

be sure to enter the correct ftp username and password
ftp username change from hosting to other but in zymic it is like
ddd@zxq.com

or use another ftp program

Yes, I have already tried to connect me with different programs FTP, but the result is always the same: wrong password. Yet the data are correct, also because by broswer it allows me to connect without problems. What can I do?

This is a known issue and is being worked on. Look out for an announcement from the admins, hopefully soon regarding upgrade to a new server which should solve all the current problems people are having.
