I logged into "http://www.hosting.zymic.com/phpmyadmin/" then i selected the database and all it does is loop it never loads after i select it.

These servers are very slow and I have only got phpmyadmin to work once.

I have had to resort to phpminiadmin, which is a very basic SQL query entry form which you can perform "admin". Not being very versed with SQL, I find this very hard.

There isn't however anything wrong with it - just s.......l........o................w - oops - pag cannot load - again!
