I keep having this kind of information when trying to login into admin area of joomla.

Can someone tell me should I be having a Session-folder and session.php-file under my Joomla main folder? Right now there's no such thing...and never has been...

I am getting the same massage at my site, when I try to log in.

Is there a server problem with php?
