I have not recived ftp details and as such cannot upload files anymore pls mail me ftp details

If you haven't found the ftp tutorials/help (which are more detailed than what I have), you should be able to ftp your stuff to your site name with this:
host = yoursitename.99k.org
user = yoursitename@99k.org
password= same as whatever you set it up to be to access the zymic control panel.
using the above example, substitute '99k' and '.org' with the identifiers of your address.
