Once you have downloaded the template go to file C:.../template064/images/ and there you will find an image called "header_blank.jpg" You can edit that with the title you want, then when done save it as "header.jpg" in the same folder. It will overwrite the one they have shown in their template. Then go into the BlankTemplate with notepad and do a Find for "blank_header.jpg" and replace that with "header.jpg" and save.
