I beleive we can now point our own domain to the hosting account.

I've change my nameserver to ns1.clanteam.com and ns2neilpai.clanteam.com

but I get the error Your DNS is not set correctly; either point your entire or A records according to the FAQ or manual

so just wondering if the bug has been fixed.

Thank you wacko.gif

What is this ns2neilpai.clanteam.com business?
That is why you have an error.

What's the domain you're trying to add?

Give this a shot, in your domain bit within Zymic Hosting control panel, set the domain to empty, then submit, then enter the domain again and submit.

It may have something to do with the server changeover. (?)

I had the exact same problem. I tried Bread's advice and submit a blank request, but the error message was still the same:

"Your DNS is not set correctly; either point your entire or A records according to the FAQ or manual."

I'm absolutely sure that on my domain register has ns1.99k.org and ns2.99k.org as nameservers.

I want to switch www.lamsville.net to jackylam.99k.org.

Please can anyone help or give advice?

Thanks.
Victor
leba.victorzheng.co.cc => leba.99k.org

victorzheng.co.cc => victorzheng.99k.org

It has the same lame error!
Please help!

I got the same error and I tried this, but when I put in the custom domain after clearing it I just got the error again.

My domain is hosted through Yahoo! - is there something I need to change there maybe?

yes brooke, you need to update the nameservers in your yahoo control panel before trying to set your domain up here

I did that. I changed my nameservers to ns1.zzl.org & ns2.zzl.org - I still get the same error.

Then, I reset my nameservers back to their default and tried to forward the domain to this one: intothecanopy.zzl.org and I get a "Can't Resolve Address" error.

So now I really don't know what to do to make it work.

UPDATE: Forwarding the domain worked! If you type in my custom domain the web page comes up and since I did a mask forward the Zymic URL doesn't show up. If you can forward your domain, it's at least a temporary fix.
neilpai
has the problem been fixed ? R we able to add external domains to our webhost account?
harbino
I have set up a domain with no problem. The nameservers are meant to direct to ns1.vndv.com and ns2.vndv.com????
