Can some one tell me where can I change, or reset my account password because I forgot it

then theres a link that is near the login that says forgot password?

and it sends a email with ur password i hope it helps

This is to Reset the Member login Password, but I need to reset the Hosting Account Password Plz help me Because I have to Convert my forum from phpBB2, to phpBB3 and I need to Log In on phpMyAdmin
