How do you get the footer/header image/frame/table etc to stick to the top/bottom of the page?

Anybody know?

Take them out of the normal flow with something like "position: absolute;" (or fixed) and then to put it on the top: "top: 0;" or (you guessed it) the bottom: "bottom: 0;".
