Well I heard this was a really really good free host from one of my friends, I transfered from a bad one. I now need to set up my forums that I transferred from the old ones.
I downloaded the database from the old one, but how Do I go about uploading the database? I know it says you can but I don't see in the control panel where you can upload the database.
