Facial hair does not make a man. Lack of breasts does not make a man. Cock and balls makes a man. This is a woman with a womb who took hormones to create a more masculine appearance. End of discussion.

Although I personally can't understand it, I have nothing against transsexualism. If someone wants to turn themselves into the opposite sex, that's their deal, I'm not going to condemn it. Provided that public healthcare doesn't fund it in part or full, I believe in a free society.
But the problem with this is similar to that of gay adoption, something which I culturally and socially oppose. The child will have a mother and a father, but knowing your mum is actually your dad (or the other way round?) is likely to be extremely distressing to most children, or, if the fact is hidden from the child growing up, possibly during adulthood. I don't see this as morally fair to a child.
I see this is as hypocrisy too. If you undergo a sex change operation, which is usually done due to the mental element (mostly depression) of transgenderism, you don't make excuses or go back on yourself. Want to be a man? Act like one, this isn't a best of both scenario. The other partner in the relationship is a female and the way I see it, she should be the one artificially inseminated.

I don't think they should have a kid at all. It's fine if they want to change there sex but they shouldn't be aloud children, they will get bullied at school.

I respect the right for the individual to believe in whatever, but I think it is potentially a mistake for society or government to allow a formal change in for example in legal documents....if its born with a vagina, it is a vagina indeed!!!! Can we switch races, like for an example indy 500 to winston cup races?
