Hi, I have registered a free web hosting account and it said everything was good and I got an email with the account data, but it still says "You have no hosted websites".

Any help with this?

That's what I mean. I clicked the "Create New Web Host Account" and filled out the form and registered and got the email with my account data and it says "To login to your hosting account please log into your Zymic Control Panel (http://www.zymic.com/zcp/) and then click the "login" button next to your web address." But where there should be the web address and the login button. It simply says "You have no hosted Websites". I apologize for not being clear on this before.

I am also having this problem. I clicked "Create New Web Host Account" created the website. I got the email saying it was successful. But I still get this on the Control Panel Home Page "You have no hosted websites". When in fact I do because I got the email saying I do and and I went to the url provided in the url and it works. But I am unable to manage it because it is saying "You have no hosted websites".

My username is Citan and the website I created is citan.vndv.com

I have the same problem too. The registration is really easy, the mail was received few seconds later, but I still can't acces my website by Zymic file manager.

It will be really usefull that someone from Zymic team could help us..

Those saying their account hasn't shown up, did you register it before yesterday, or did you just register it and it has never showed up? I'm going to assume you registered it a while ago.

What are your usernames for your website, those of you that say the login link isn't showing up anymore. Please give me your website (website username) and your e-mail address you used to sign up w/ zymic. If you don't want to post it here, you can PM me.

I registered mine last night. About 24 hours ago.

Ah fixed. Thanks for your help Citan. The problem was capitalization in e-mail addresses. If anyone is still having a problem, continue posting.

I signed up a few days ago and everything was working fine.
I tried to log in a few minutes ago and got the same problem. My site is not listed in the control panel.

As long as an attempt is being made ,I'm happy.

I must be the slowest person on earth. Above in this thread it mentions that the prolem is with e-mail capitilization. I just now relized that I can change my address from my control center. I lowercased my address and my problem was instantly solved.

I think that ztmic should make a script during the login process that automatically converts all letters to lowercase. I've seen it done before and I am sure the people here could manage it. That would solve this problem once and for all. Thanks for the help.

Sorry, but if nobody else has problems, then I should be the most stupid one on earth. I even created a new web hosting account right now, but it still saids "You have no hosted websites".

So, now I have:

User Name: fadv
User Name: finadv (this one was created 2 days ago)

email amara.rivero@gmail.com

And I believed I have not capital letters.

I hope im not hijacking this thread but i am having the same problem creating a new web host account.
i entered the site name and password password again and the captcha and check TOS and click
conferm registration and i get and error that says:

Registration Error
You entered an invalid value in the username field.
Click here to go back
plz help

The username you are trying to use is probably too short or has invalid characters. Try something different (site names have to be at least 4 characters long I believe).
