You can use the domain you already registered. Just change the nameservers of your domain to what it specifies under the Account Settings area.

Hey
Yes you can use your own domain, first signup as normal, and choose any subdomain. Once signed up login to your hosting account, go too account preferences. Under "custom domain" put your domain name, and use the name servers provided - tell me if it works

I'm pretty sure you can't register a TLD through Zymic.
Just being pedantic, but 'TLD' is an acronym for 'Top level domain', it's the final part, for example '.com', '.net'. Not the domain.
Back to the real issue from what I understand by your questioning, you can edit a hosted sub-domain to point to your domain by using the 'Custom .com domain' field on this page:
http://www.hosting.zymic.com/user_settings.jspYou will need to register a subdomain to get to this page first though.
