Hello,
We ran into several problems today.
Our first problem occurred at 7:50AM GMT and was fixed by 8:40AM. There was a problem loading up the main zymic.com website in Firefox Mozilla web browsers (and most likely others such as Safari), however the website worked fine in IE and Opera. The problem was caused by a fault with our temporary session files suggested by /dev/urandom and after a database repair and fix this was fixed within 60 minutes.
The second series of problems occurred a few hours later and continued to load the website slowly on and off up until 7PM GMT. This was caused by a fault with our MySQL replication server and has now been resolved.
Thanks
Jacob

This is by far the reason I left my old host and came here. Great service, support, and most importantly - you guys actually keep us in the loop each step of the way. I don't mind downtimes when I know the problem is seriously being looked into and we're in the know on what caused it and what to expect in the future.

...could this be the reason why some sites [mine, for instance] are down now?
