When I go to my website and type
http://travislongley.net/ i get my page...with one comment saying test.
When I actually type in
http://travislongley.net/index.php I get the real page with four comments. It is like I have two different pages, like an index.html page and an index.php page but only an index.php page shows up in my FTP program and the Website.
Someone please help THANKS!

Are you sure you dont see a index.html because thats just wierd...
Well maybe its how u set up your domain? is there any other file in your direct that maybe your domai nis using instead of index.php? If so you might want to look into that.

There is definitely no index.html, would probably have been a good idea to check this before replying.
Strange problem.. I'm not sure on this one :/

Yeah, I know a ton on computers and this is WEIRD haha, I AM SURE that I don't have an index.html file, just my index.php file, and it is not re-directing to a different file. Could this have to do with the FTP problem and people not being able to delete stuff and the problems like that? Because this started to happen around 2-3am last night.

yeah but check in ur ZCP to see where the domain is redirected to. That might help.

How do I check that? In the add a domain section? I don't think you can, It is an add on domain if that's what you mean.

Look at the comments!

Yea I notice now
Its your php script. There is something in your script that is making the comments different depending on where you access them from. Because the script is technically seeing
http://travislongley.net/ as a different page than
http://travislongley.net/index.php

Well... How would that exactly work out Andrew? Seeing how travislongley.net is the same as /index.php . If it was to be an error in the script i doubt that would be it
Trippin7464

It's quite possible that its an error in the script. And actually since there is no OTHER logical reason, other than an error or mess up somewhere in the code, my reasoning is right.
Also how am I supposed to fix it without seeing the code? Seriously?

Hmm the script? I don't work with them that often and just find them off of websites.
Here is the zip of the installation of the script if that will help..http://travislongley.net/comments.zip
I set it up the exact way that it told me too.
EDIT:
Using
http://travislongley.vndv.com/ works the same way, so it's not an error with the domain config.

K ill takea look at it.
Edit: I think i found the problem. While running instal.php are you sure you did it all correctly? To the coment path i think you should ahve put index.php instead of ur website url

Maybe check the developers site to see if he has a contact form or a Forum and ask him about it. Might have an answer for you.
