umm maybe instead of ur site name put ur hosts name?
Dave
Hostname is localhost

This should resolve your issue.
Brandon
What is your domain aswell?
Some people can't connect to database with the new server...

I have put in localhost for the Server hostname but still nothing. My domain is: grand-theft-story.vndv.com
Dave
There is an issue with database usernames having a max number of letters. Try make your database name and username just a single letter.

ok ill try it, but when I go to My Account Management I get this message:

CODE
Query has caused an errorWarning: An error occurred while calling DB::select_db()

Now im getting this error:

You will have to wait for a while until this problem is fixed I'm afraid.
Admins are working on it now: http://www.zymic.com/forum/index.php?s=&am...ost&p=49568

Thank you for the info Davey biggrin.gif . Hope it gets fixed soon.

sorry i fixed the error
the error was due to the length of username i assigned to database...i rectified it.
and one question i want to know where our database is stored?
Dave
It is stored on the server. If you want to make a backup use phpmyadmin or phpminiadmin (found in your control panel).
