Afraid not, we don't support any server side language apart from php.

There aren't very many free hosting services that support RoR at the moment. I checked up about 14 days ago and did find a website, although they had errors on their sign-up form for the next 2 days.

If you really need hosting, I can host you on my server. We just installed Ruby on Rails. I don't like it much tho
