I already made the databases and user. Please give me suggestions, I'm trying to make a new forum since my old one got spammed by people from other forums for no reason. All help will be appreciated.

In your Zymic Hosting Control Panel have you made sure you applied permissions to the user and database?

Also if you have done that and it still doesn't work, try making your username only one character, like gamingheaven2_r instead of gamingheaven2_root (there have been some troubles with long mysql users and database names working) I don't know if this has been fixed yet but give it a try anyways.

Due to a bug, the database username is currently being restricted to 16 characters so using a single character username should work like Trippin suggested.

Admins are working on fixing the bug.
