is it possible to upload phpfox here or any other social network script?

It's possible to upload anything here, as long as it's not illegally obtained. I noticed that phpfox is a paid script, so unless you bought it don't even bother.

If you have bought it, you probably won't be able to install it.

oh damn yea I did buy it but for some reason my host over at 1 and 1 doesn't support a databse connect. They want say y and 1 and 1 is paid hosting. I can't afford to move host though unfortunately. I was trying to find a place were I could use a database connect but not anywhere I can trust yet though.
