I'm trying to set-up an Indexhibit site....on the final stage I am asked for database server/name/username/password. What would be the the database server name?

for an example, say I set up a database called database....password is database....username is database....does my site name have to precede this???

Database & username will be like this; user_database

Did you call the database "database"?

yeah i just called it database
