I'm new to this host and I keep getting a wierd ftp error that I cannot delete from my file manager.

Looks like a partial upload, maybe an upload failed midway. What's your website, I can remove it for you.

it goes away eventually...

i guess really i just want to see if you can upload a CMS like drupal or php-fusion via ftp... I've had a lot of trouble doing so...

any suggestions or walk throughs?

They must of been removed by the ftp server, I see none.

Only walk through I can advise is the software's readme / manual.

i'm trying to delete them right now through ftp...

it's not working, it's saying persmission denied...


I have a .ftpquota file in my root folder as well... that I can not get rid of...

i get this when one of my uploads fail...

im running Apache 1.3.37... but i can delete from my FTP client which is FileZilla...



try chaning persmissions to 777... if not see if your client can view "Hidden Files" maybe one is not letting you delete it until another is...
