installing phpbb3 using ftp wont install all files and its really annoying

it likes disconnects after 2 mins but still installs some fails and i get alot of failuers im usinf phpbb3

Make sure you only have 1 "Bot" Installing it at a time. I know on my ftp I could have like 100 Bots going at once to make it go fast, but this host only allows one.
