I want to use some of the bandwidth that Zymic gives me to be a Mirror download for another site. In exchange for doing that I will get thousands upon thousands of people viewing my banner, and hopefully coming to my site. Is this allowed?

The mirror is not Warez, or Porn or anything bad. It's Maps, Skins, Styles and what not for counter-strike.

I think its called hot linking so i dont think its allowed.

If I were to pay $10 for safemode to be turned off could I hotlink?

I let them use my hosting as a download link. So their users can download stuff from me. In exchange I get a lot of people to come to my website because they will see the banner.

That's okay, but remember there is a bandwidth limit.
