Hello ! smile.gif

I would like to know if the File eXchange Protocol (FXP) is enable on zymic.

It is like the FTP protocol, but the FTP is a trasfer Computer-Server and Server-Computer, and the FXP is a transfert Server-Server.

I would like transfert lot of photography from an account to an other, and i cant do that with just FTP (because it means download all the photos one after one, and upload all one after one. Actually, there are 1600 photos, but when I will do the transfer, there will probably have 3000 photos !)

Thanks for your answer ! smile.gif

I'm quite sure it isn't, but if you ask Bread or Alex they may be able to do the transfer for you.

So you're basically using Zymic as your own personal file storage instead of making an actual site?

Most web hosts don't allow this sort of thing :S

Including Zymic:

Titled: "We are not a file host!"

it might just be a photography site... But I dont think its possible unless there is some type of downloadable client program...

If I wanted use Zymic like a file storage, I will use a FTP programm ! Computer to Server.

If I want use the FXP protocol, it is because I want transfer photos from an account to an other ! (more than 10.000 photos)
