I don't think the price is too high, for somebody who is looking for a simple full-featured image hosting site.

If I was still planning on doing mine I would have taken it, but I'm not anymore.

Without all of the programming and such (admin panel, ect) I think it would sell as a fully-coded layout for at least 15 bucks(20 max, because it's not that great).

So with it being full php-coded, ect, I think it's a fair price.
