I can create one for you's (designed and coded). I think I have one floating around on my PC drive somewhere.

Only reason I asked is because I fixed a WoW template for a CMS script, and thought i might be able to just take out all the php code for the CMS and just make it a regular html file, but of course all original copyrights from the themes designer would have to be left intact.
