Also, I have login problems with my second account, that is, tanwangleng.vndv.com, even though I already reset the password. Using the new and the old password don't work. Any ideas?

I just signed up with a new hosting account at seriousyam.vndv.com, but it didn't appear at the "Current web hosting accounts" (only my another account, tanwangleng.vndv.com appeared). The weird thing is, I did receive an email that I have sucessfully registered my seriousyam.vndv.com web hosting account.
