i don't really understand what your site is about so i can't really suggest a way to go.

But the layout is pretty cool, i kind of see TOO much in once, once you actually pass the headers so you don't really know where to go :/
It looks like you are holding lots of info/pages so why not boost up the navigation instead of having it lost all the way down on left and right side ?

What country is this phor? The US or what because I'm interested and didn't really see much on the site bout it.

Looks good, though I would say the back drop shadow is a little much, maybe tone that down a bit and add a border.

I would also say using a grey coloured text for "Members’ Login" on a green background, doesn't work well.

But the rest looks good

The only thing i had a problem with was the login area, some of the font falls off the background. I use Opera, 1920x1200. everything else looked very professional and clean. i couldn't tell what the website was about, but i only sat here for like 2 mins. might make the pictures more relevant if thats possible.
